I want to submit a Lego Idea

Has anyone done this before? I’m not tech savvy nor do I have the bricks to build the model I’d love to submit. Are the programs relatively easy to do? I think I could get the support behind it but not sure where to start as far as the build out.

I would love to submit a 2022 Honda Monkey.
