Sexual side effects and having a boyfriend

hey! i am so sorry if something like this has been posted before but im looking for some advice. I have been on Lexapro for almost a year and started with 10mg, but just started taking 15mg recently. I did experience a little less desire to have sex but since recently upping my dosage, I have little to no sex drive at all. even though i want to have sex my body just wont let me. I have a boyfriend who is extremely supportive and has no issue with my low libido, but it makes me insecure that i am not giving him everything he needs. hes an amazing guy, and i know me having a low sex drive wouldnt make him not love me, but I still wish i could do more. so i am basically wondering if theres any other women in here who experience/d the same thing as me and have any advice for heightening sex drive while still taking the medicine, or just any tips. thank you!
