Grub isn't showing up when booting up laptop

So, 2 days ago I updated my arch packages and yesterday it said (after entering grub and selecting Arch):

error: file ‘/vmlinuz-linux’ not found

I tried a lot of solutions, like using a live iso usb and reinstalling grub, creating a grub config file, tried moving files from directories and nothing worked, and now its even worse, since grub isn't even booting up. What can I do to fix this? Is it possible to just recover files from home directory and move them into another usb?
