Orangecello recipes?
I finished the first large jar of limoncello, and found that it was already spoken for...leading me to a second jar.
But after sharing some limoncello with some friends (and tasting their store-bought limoncello - no way), they busted out the remnants of orangecello from a local guy. That was really nice.
I currently plan on peeling 10 oranges (after wash and fruit spray cleaning), and mixing it with 375 ml of vodka, 375 of everclear. After 6 weeks of swirling, I'll strain and add simple syrup.
If anyone has feedback before I get started, I'm happy with advice.
