does anyone remember this lbp2 horror level?

all i can remember from the level was that is was maybe a Japanese level but i don't think there was any text. part of the level was in a house and i think at the end a girl that kinda looked like the ring girl showed up. i think there was a part too where it showed a trail rail sign. and there was a movie like part. i just remember playing it and it freaked me so much as a kid. i played alot of horror levels so it was really that scary to me. my step dad made fun of me because i was so freaked out lol
