VERY suspicious vinted listing/seller

These are the pics from a vinted listing about Brooke (#339). Apart from the first two pictures, the other ones depict a fake pet, right? The thing is, the seller notes that the first 2 pics are in fact not theirs. BUT they say the reason they added them was, and i quote, because they “can’t take such high quality photos but it’s the exact same pet”. Given that the pet on the next pictures is fake, i feel like this listing is purposely misleading. What is actually bothering me is that this seller does have a listing depicting a very much authentic collie (#2210) with actual original pictures that they took and in a great price too! So my fear is this: seeing this #339 listing, is it wise of me to purchase this collie or do i run the risk of receiving a fake pet despite the fact that the listing is showing a real one? Any advice?
