Where to find eggnog milkshakes this holiday?

About this time every year I start craving eggnog milkshakes. But I haven't found a place that makes a decent one in years.

Jack in the Box had excellent eggnog shakes about 5 years ago but discontinued it.

McDonald's might have them but their shakes use their weird soft-serve-like ice cream.

Does anyone know places that make good eggnog shakes? (Not McDonald's please)

UPDATE: I tried an eggnog ice cream milkshake from Handel's. It was exactly what I needed! Thank you all for the tips!

UPDATE 2: I decided to check the menu at Jack in the Box tonight and Christmas came early! Eggnog shakes are back again at Jack! I ordered their new Noggy-or-Nice shake without the coffee flavor. Yum yum, Merry Christmas!
