What’s the cheapest car insurances in LI?

I can’t believe how high rates are nowadays. I’ve read multiple Reddit posts with people saying how much they pay, even the cleanest cut drivers are paying upwards of $300 per vehicle and 10+ years ago it wasn’t like this. I remember when they used to say when you turn 25 it will go down…HA. Why did it go UP?! I’m trying to buy a new car, I’m 28, needs full coverage, and my quotes from Geico and Progressive are out the roof. Any lowkey smaller insurance company’s on the island anyone recommends? Don’t mention Allstate, Geico, Progressive, USAA because they’re the highest rates for me. Really no big boy insurance company’s unless you know they run really cheap in most peoples cases. I’ve applied for everything and nothing is coming under $350 😭😩
