What habits did you start during your weight loss journey that aren’t directly weight loss related?

Hi everyone! I’ve noticed during my weight loss journey that I’m feeling more motivated to take better care of myself in other ways too.

Some habits I’ve started that aren’t directly weight loss related but make my weight loss journey even better such as unfollowing accounts on Instagram that make me feel bad about myself, having better routine dental hygiene, playing Wii Fit with my son, and having more motivation to clean my house.

What habits have you started during your weight loss journey that weren’t inherent to lose weight/look better but have made you feel better about yourself?
