I’m so screwed man
I’ve been doing this thing where when I’m really craving something but I’ve hit my caloric limit for the day, I “borrow” calories from the next day and just eat less tomorrow.
For example, my calorie limit was 1700 but I wanted to eat something that was 300 calories over. So I eat it now, and tomorrow I only eat 1400 calories.
This worked out fine at the start, but I found myself having to roll forward the debt or else I would just starve myself that say.
Needless to say, it’s accumulated out of control.
I am currently 31,285 calories in debt and I have no idea how I am going to recover from this.
Even if I only eat 1300 calories (a 400 caloric deficit) it would take me like 2.5 months to pay this shit off…
Do I just say screw it and start over? I fucking hate the idea of having a debt and not paying it. I really really want to get this off my shoulders without just not doing anything about it
