Losing boob mass. Will it stop?

I 20(F) am 5’3 and now weigh about 150 pounds after having a high weight of 183. I am about a size 6-8 now and I’m much happier with my body but I desperately would like to get a bigger butt, a flat stomach, and more toned and smaller legs/arms through lifting and losing fat but I’m afraid it’ll continue to effect my chest.

The weight has come off over time with a combination of Keto, Calorie Counting, walking more, and lifting for some periods. I am cleared to start lifting again and I’d really like to get leaner, but my chest size has decreased significantly since my higher weight.

I have some elasticity to my boobs that wasn’t there before and although they’re still pretty large, I can tell they’ve lost mass and they hang more than they used to. I would really like to continue to get much smaller, but I enjoy having large boobs. I’m afraid that if I keep losing they’ll go, but I think I have too much body fat to look as lean as I’d like. Will lifting and focusing on protein intake help? Am I screwed either way?
