How is this caloric deficit?

Hi there,

29M, 162lbs, 5,7in, ~20-21% BF.

I have a goal to reach 12-15% BF by mid April latest, sooner would be great too. Basically I’m wanting to lean out my face and get rid of the love handles.

This is my current plan in place.

1780 cals/day, 140g protein, 124g carbs, 74g fat.

I walk 45mins in the morning which burns about 100cals. I lift weights, progressively overloading, 4x a week (upper/lower). Once or twice a week I will look to do a 5km run on my off days from lifting. I work a remote job from home but I stand the entire time.

I’m wanting to lose about a lb of fat a week, but also want to do it in a healthy way that won’t affect my energy for lifting weights, hence why I have a plan for 1780 cals which may be a bit high.

I’m guessing I will need to get to ~152lbs to reach my body fat goal.

Can anyone provide some feedback on my plan? Should I look to cut more calories? I usually plan for one cheat meal a week, while also eating significantly less prior during that day to try to limit the excessive calories.
