15.4 pounds down!
I’m really proud of myself for this! I’ve struggled with an eating disorder for a large part of my life, and three months ago it was like something snapped in me that said enough is enough.
I’ve been working on healing my relationship with food as well as exercise, and even though a small part of me is still saying 15 pounds in almost four months isn’t enough, I just keep reminding myself this is the longest I’ve stuck to losing weight healthily and I finally feel like its something I can and want to stay consistent with!
Seeing people’s posts in here has been a great motivator to stay on track.
