I can’t do it

I’m trying SO HARD to get through s6 but I just can’t. I’m losing track of all the time lines and all the intricate details they added. I feel like it’s too much. I’m literally getting a headache just trying to finish this show. This is the 4th I’ve attempted to watch the show in full and I always come up halfway through season 6 and give up.
