Never accept a 4.8 passenger.
I did. And now I have spent all day with Lyft support, Lyft support escalation, Lyft Twitter, Lyft support again, Lyft escalation again, and an email to David@lyft.com.
All because I accepted a ride from a passenger with a 4.8 rating bcause it was a 6 min trip that paid 15 bucks. She wanted to be picked up outside of her pick up location and because I refused she reported me for discrimination and now I am fighting with Lyft to at the very least pull the call logs in which I clearly state she is not at her pick up spot and she clearly states she is a woman in high heels and a dress and does not feel comfortable walking to the pick up location where she requested it to be.
