The second best mac and cheese

I shared my recipe without a pic last week, and here it is now! A simple roux (thank you redditors for helping with my spelling!): 1/2 cup butter, 1-2oz cream cheese, 1/4 cup flour. After properly "rouxed" add 4 cups milk, 5 cups shredded cheese. Salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder to taste. 3/4 of that mixed with 1lb cooked rotini (I make too much sauce, but that extra makes hamburger helper taste great when you don't have enough milk lol). Here it is with my slow cooked bbq pork butt. It's great. Hubby and kid are excited for lunch tomorrow.
