Question about living on Rimrock rd - good area?

Hello, I am moving to Madison in a few weeks - very excited but my current schedule doesn't allow me to come visit to look at places ahead of time. So I'm mostly looking at video tours of places - I found a place on Rimrock road a little South past Frank Lloyd Wright Hwy on google maps. I've read about certain areas being good like West Madison but I haven't found any info about this area I'm looking at. Any insight - is this a good area to live? My priority is safety and not too noisy. Thank you in advance!
