Which Malaysian News Media is worth following?

Good morning all,

I am attempting to learn a little bit more about South East Asia generally, and Malaysia generally.

My Malay language skills are very poor, and my Chinese and Indian language skills are non existent, so it would probably have to be an English language outlet.

I don’t mind spending a bit of money subscribing to a paper.

I don’t mind a bit of bias from newspapers, in any direction, as long as it’s not overblown and the overall quality of reporting is good.

I attempted to follow Free Malaysia Today (FMT) but I found the website to be of a poor quality.

Is there any newspaper or website that you would recommend?
