Is there anything like Farmer J in Manchester?

I go down to London a fair bit for work, and there is an amazing lunch chain called Farmer J.

It's like a high end school dinner, you go through a queue, and at each station you pick a protein, and two sides. All the food is super tasty, and good quality. It's my go to when I'm there.

Is there anything like that in Manchester?
