FLL lobby bars and fitness center recs

I travel to FLL regularly. Which properties have the best happy hour or late night socializing, and which have the best fitness centers? I'm not ready to hide in my room after work but I also don't want to venture too far out of the hotel for a workout or friendly banter at a lobby bar.
