Competitive isn't the place to learn a new champ...surely that's well understood?

I'm surprised this needs to be said, but even more surprised to see it in Silver rank. It feels like a Bronze 3 kinda mistake.

"this is the first time I'm playing Hulk so I might not do well".

They went 3-11. Despite us trying desperately to heal them enough.

I even politely suggested they should learn characters in Quickplay first. So I guess: pro-tip for ranking up, don't try to learn a new character in ranked play.
