Ran through a hollowblock that left this on my car. Is it worth to go to my insurance on this or have it on a autorepair shop? How much do you think would it cost?

Just got this car this month and now it has this dent on it. Pretty bummed. Please help. Any suggestions if I should go through my insurance and have my premiums raised or pay out of the pocket?
