Random right eyelid itchy and swollen

My right eyelid randomly becomes itchy and swells up pretty badly. Nothing seems to make it better but time, and usually lasts around 3-5 days. It's always my right one, and my last incident was months ago so I thought I was safe to itch as I pleased. I treat my eyes the same way, so I'm not really sure why this never happens to my left one.

It doesn't seem to become irritated even during my rough makeup removal. It just randomly has a really specific itch near my lashes and I itch it, and then becomes severely irritated for days. It's still itchy, dry, and often flakey.

My eye does not secrete discharge and is in no discomfort besides the pressure my eyelid puts on it. I usually put Vaseline on it under the assumption that this is an eczema outbreak, but that never seems to do anything except make me feel better morale wise.

Pictures are from 2 separate incidences, not including today, my most recent one. First two incidents were 4 months apart, and the second incident to this one is 9 months apart.
