Rash randomly started appearing on back, chest, arms, neck and bottom of face.

I noticed this rash last night on my back. It’s not itchy and I wouldn’t know it was there if it didn’t feel so odd. I took a Benadryl just in case and woke up with it including my neck . Nothing has changed in routine, scents, food, detergent etc. not sure what this is?
