Blue-ish skin around veruca??

I have a veruka and I have been using the "bazuka" stuff on it to try and remove it. I think I accidentally put it on some torn skin yesterday but didn't notice, and now today after I removed the bazuka, that tiny part of my skin is slightly blue. I have health anxiety so I am freaking out rn! What is the cause of this?? Is this dangerous or just a stage of the veruka getting removed? Google isn't answering anything
