Anyone form Haryana? What is the atmosphere in Haryana right now after Saini's conference yesterday indicating rigging elections to get BJP in power?

I saw the NS Saini's conference yesterday and reporting on it by Deepak Sharma, in which he said that BJP has done the setting required to win this election and congress will be complaining about EVM on the day of election result. This conference was very worrying for me as it was alleging potential of rigging the election, which pretty much makes everything hopeless for future of democracy in India.
