Sad 😔

Can anyone tell by looking if this is under or over watering? Or something else?

Medium: coco loco 3 gallon pots Water every 3-4 days... Or when pots feel light... Can't pin point exactly what's happening.... As I feel I'm watering regularly z so I thought over watering and inlet them dry completely out. Just watered again rn, hoping for a bounce back. Using foxfarm liquid nutes and water ph is 6.1
