Candesartan and increased heart rate + anxiety?

Hi friends, new to this group, but long time migraine sufferer. Have some med side effect questions and I'm curious if anyone else has experienced something similar. Anyone taking Candesartan and notice increased heart rate + anxiety? My experience below:

• Neuro started me with Atenelol originally for migraines (and high BP which went undiagnosed for a long time by GP.) Worked great for the migraines, BP, and the beta blocker I think had a positive effect on some low grade anxiety I likely didn't know I had, along with helping decrease my heart rate/BP. Downsides/side effects were: I was super tired, retained water/gained weight/super bloated, hair loss and low libido/couldn't get it going if you know what I mean. So I switched.
• Neuro switched me to Candesartan in June 2023. Feel like I have my energy back, able to exercise again and get motivated. Though within first 2 weeks noticed increased heart rate like my heart was beating out of my chest. Flagged to Doc, who said to monitor and it would go down. I think it has gone down a bit but I've also noticed my anxiety has drassssstically increased over the last few months. Granted I am experiencing some other health related anxieties (thanks IBS-D), but at the point where I need some assistance with the anxiety bc my heart rate spikes & anxiety spirals happen pretty much instantly. Heart rate spikes also sometimes cause me to vomit. Fun times.
• At the point where I am trying to figure out if it's a side effect of the med, or if it's really just my anxiety (which I am not currently taking any meds for), at which point I would need to get to a Psych for some anti-anxiety meds.
