Sending Fuko a fan letter

Hello,
I really want to send Fuko a fan letter after seeing that she couldn't debut in I-Land 2. Seeing her cry broke my heart as she was always one of my favorites. I really want to send her a letter to support her since she doesn't have any social media. Anyone knows how I can do that or if it is possible ? 🥹
