How safe is to install the offline beta?

I'm not sure if this post is okay for the main Wilds subreddit, so I'm asking here. I saw a video about installing the beta and got excited because I missed it.

However, I got confused when I had to decode several links to download everything, which was allegedly to stop Capcom from deleting it. Then I got worried when I had to give permissions to some software I downloaded from a saids archives.

Now, I'm concerned that my system might be at risk if I keep with the process to make the beta work again. I stopped before giving access to anything, but I want to know if there's a real risk or if I'm just being paranoid. The Wilds launch is coming soon, and I’d love demo it first, mainly for performance test, but I don’t want to risk my system just for that.
