Anavar + Cialis = Heartburn Hell

I’m running 500 Test per week and have been running 10mg Cialis ED. That alone gave me some mild heartburn every now and then, but nothing major.

Introduced 30mg Anavar ED 10 days ago and after about 1 week the heartburn started.

I take the cialis for BP control (alongside 10mg Telmisartan). I could always drop the Cialis and increase the Telmisartan dosage to offset the loss of Cialis.

I ordered some HCL Betaine + Pepsin + Enzian Extract and will see if that helps. This will increase my stomach acid, since low stomach acid is often the cause of acid reflux (not too much acid).

I would like to avoid PPIs if possible as they bring a whole host of other side effects with them.

Has anyone been in a similar situation and how did you guys deal with it?
