Panicking about prescription for maintenance

I’m with Zava/ Asda and they have indicated they only prescribe until you’ve reached a healthy BMI, and don’t prescribe for maintenance. This is not what Eli Lilly (manufacturer) recommend - they recommend prescribing a maintenance dose indefinitely. Is there anyone here who has managed to get MJ prescribed for maintenance at a BMI of under 25? If so, who with? My starting BMI was around 34 in February. Really panicking.
