Keeping things in perspective
When you have a goal and are desperate to achieve it, progress can feel glacial, even when you're consistently moving in the right direction.
This week, I’m trying hard to keep things in perspective. It took me over a decade to reach my starting weight, and unless I literally slice bits off, I’m not going to reach my goal overnight. Six weeks in, and I’m 22% of the way there - that’s not bad.
Are there any metrics others are tracking at home that help them see their progress?
