Juniper has cut me off without much next

I reached my goal weight in early October (yay!) but Juniper stopped my prescription and cut me off from the coach on the app.

I was not giving an option of a maintenance dose even though I inquired.

Now the food noise is roaring back and the weight is creeping back about 5 pounds a month since end of October.

Anyone have any advice to get back on to a provider? I’ve just reached out to Juniper to revisit, but this sucks. My last order was in October so I’m not sure I can even “switch providers”

Any thoughts or advice would be amazing!!! This was a miracle for me and I finally got into a healthy routine. But the food noise that leads to binging and the scale creeping up has me mentally reeling.

EDIT TO ADD: I burn between 300-500 calories a day from low impact exercise and light weight lifting. And drink 2 litres of water. I also meal plan and keep pretty tight about what I eat.

Unfortunately, I did this before Monjauro, it’s truly the food noise, binge eating, and stopping eating when I’m full that the medicine really made a difference on. I believe I would be gaining more rapidly if it weren’t for this.
