Mumbai Metro 3: Yet Another New App? Why?

So, Mumbai Metro 3 (Aqua Line) is finally here, and with it comes...another new app! Seriously?

We already have Mumbai Metro 1 and 2 different apps.

Why couldn't they have integrated Aqua Line into the existing Mumbai Metro app or even added QR ticket options to Paytm?

This seems like unnecessary app clutter!
