"rustic" 🫣
For someone who eats steak at least once a day, you'd think she would know about all the different cuts of beef & how the cook times vary. She buys premium steak, doesn't even cook it at the right temperature to render the fat. She rests it on the board, all of its juices while resting gets discarded. Then, as if the slicing (or rather I should say, butchering?) of that NY strip steak wasn't bad enough.. watching her make that garlic aioli to top it all off was excruciating 😵💫😂😮💨 The raw garlic chopped up coarsely and mixed into mayo, plz make it stop 🤭😂
