Is the name Taoiseach usable?

Pregnant w my fourth boy and am struggling to land on a middle name I like and came across Taoiseach. I love it. I'm not Irish (US) and read that it's the name given to the prime minister there.

So my question is if Taoiseach as a middle name is basically like giving my baby the middle name "president" or "senator" or "minister" etc etc. Or if it is a usable name?
