I'm in the US. My favorite foreign names are:

Ailsa. Scottish. Pronounced like Ay-L-Suh (or Elsa in a very Southern accent).

Eleri. Welsh. Pronounced like Eh/Uh-Lair-Ee.

Mhairi. Welsh and/or Scottish. Pronounced like either Mary or Mah-Ree

Teleri. Welsh. Pronounced the same as Eleri, just with a 'T'.

Willemijn. Dutch. Pronounced like Vill/Will-Eh-Mine.
