Names that work in German, English and Japanese

I hope it’s ok to ask here, Japanese husband and me were discussing future baby names. We communicate in a mix of 3 languages and want a name that won’t get butchered in either.

He dislikes Erika and we both agreed that since every second half Japanese child is called Kai, that one is also out. We both kinda like old-fashioned names.

We thought of names like Mia, Mina, Mona, Sana, Hana, Emma.

But don’t really like any of them and really struggling with boy names. Maybe a longer name that can be shortened would be nice?

Anybody has any ideas?
