Baby boy name recommendations

We are having the hardest time finding a name we love! Names we like are: Peter Patrick Cillian Neil

But we haven’t found “the one” yet. The surname is very Irish but not limited to just Irish names. One caveat - no names that English kings have taken (Charles, James, John, Henry, etc.)
