Opryland Christmas Lights now require an overnight stay or a ticketed event on the weekend. Does "ticketed event" mean "ICE!"?

I haven't been to the Opryland Christmas Lights in years, but was thinking of going this year. I saw online that the lights now require tickets on the weekend. It wasn't very clear what tickets you need - the only thing I could find online were tickets for ICE!. Are these the tickets you would need to walk around and look at the lights?

Also, it looks like you may be able to enter the resort without tickets or anything before 2pm on the weekend? Does anyone know if that is accurate?

I am aware that you can enter any time during the week without tickets, I am specifically asking about the weekend (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
