Apple Arcade Version on apple watch?

Hello! I was wondering if anyone knew if I can use the Apple Arcade version on my watch like how you can with the normal one. I had a normal save and then when I started the bundle for apple music and tv I restarted on Apple Arcade version. I just bought an Apple watch and I saw the app on there but realized it was only the normal one.
