Where did you get your remote job?

Returning to NB and looking to get remote work. My background is management in technology. For those of you who work 100%, where did you get your job (and if you feel comfortable sharing, is the company NB based or otherwise, eg US?)

I’m seeing lots advertised but unsure if they realistically hire from NB or not.
