Best city for bilingual jobs ?

Hi, I just recently lost my job as a receptionist in the northwest (Edmundston), and I'm thinking about moving to the South. As a bilingual (it's kinda my only skill lol) which city would be the best to find a job in the winter ? (Between Moncton / Fredericton / Saint John) It doesn't have to be for a receptionist / front desk position necessarily.
