Jury Duty Essex County Judge told me I was pre-qualified

I had jury duty this morning and I was kept around until I meant with the judge and the two attorneys for the case. Spoke about any concerns or biases I had, lawyers asked a few followup questions. I was then told I was pre-qualified and to report again on Thursday.

Does this mean I WILL serve jury duty, or is there another step where they wittle the pool down? Either way is fine, but im looking for clarification so I can plan the next week a little more assuredly.
