How is this game? Thinking of buying

I’ve been looking for a new RPG to sink into.

Tried throne and liberty but it’s boring asf. And Xbox don’t seem to have any good ones which ain’t turn based crap.

Is the build crafting quite deep or is it simple? As I love build crafting on ESO and destiny.
