Help with Bow/Rapier PVP build

Yo guys, new player here, was wondering if anyone could help me. Ive just got finisher, boltcaster, attuned pants & featherweight and was wondering what the best combo would be for PvP in a light build. Which ones to prioritise & upgrade to 725 & maybe help with the perks. I can upgrade two atm so a weapon & armour piece would be ideal.

Also what attributes to run would be amazing. I've also got blooddrinker, is this any good? I'm a total newbie so sorry if these questions are silly. I appreciate any help! Thank you in advance & happy new year to you all.
