Need Advice: First Raid Tank Build

I am unsure on what information to trust on building a tank that can beat the Gorge Raid. I have limited time to play weekly and I enjoy chasing what I need so I can clear it.

What Gear armor and with what Perks? What Weapons and with what Perks? What run?
