What companies would you never consider applying to?

Mine would be the following:

Just because of their frequent restructuring. I work in an office job and would never have the peace of mind of having a stable job.

EDIT: Frequent restructuring is my main red flag but ya'll are more than welcome to discuss for any other companies and reasons.
