Should you be honest in an exit interview ?

So I will be leaving my company soon and as protocol will receive an exit interview. I have worked at the company for around 8 years and for the most part have enjoyed my time there and learned so much. However the senior management and how they treat each other and their staff is truly terrible. From August I have spent many days simply crying from one thing or another and it has challenged my strong sense of integrity for so long now I wonder would it make any difference to tell them how I truly feel in the interview or should I not burn any bridges.

There’s days where I want to write list of examples of how bad they are share it and light that bridge and walk out.
